Sometimes I just amaze myself at how dumb I can be at just trying to post a simple picture.....didn't mean to put an end to this thread by posting a picture that didn't work..........

That is exactly what I am talking about.......but I wasn't smart enough to use the computer version you guys been talking about I appreciate the heads up on that I will have to try that approach for deer and see if it gives me any anxiety relief........ Hope you all messed up on your apps so I have half a chance of getting drawn......JK.....................

Anybody out there get application anxiety, you grab about 10 applications because you know you are going to screw up more than once. You get about half way through and make one little bitty mistake, decide to scribble it out and write the right number or letter next to it but then are affraid that the application will get rejected so you trash that one and start all over again???? Drives me crazy, sure wish we could figure out some way to get that online system set up again.......

This is probably not a political thing but made me laugh anyway: Dead Cow First-year students at Texas A&M's Vet school were attending their first anatomy class, with a real dead cow. They all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a white sheet. The professor started the class by telling them, "In Veterinary Medicine it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor: The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving the animal body". For an example, the Professor pulled back the sheet, stuck his finger in the butt of the dead cow, withdrew it and stuck his finger in his mouth. "Go ahead and do the same thing," he told his students. The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes, but eventually took turns sticking a finger in the butt of the dead cow and sucking on it. When everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and said, "The second most important quality is observation. I stuck in my middle finger and sucked on my index finger. I have been going through the same debate and decided to save my pennies how ever long it takes to get a high end electronic call instead of a less expensive version. I used to have an old Johnny Stewart tape player that I liked, but I really like the versatility that the more expensive units offer. Good luck in your search.............

Anybody have any all day experience with how long the batteries in that product will actually last on a day of calling?

Now, if they have on line apps and also charge your credit card, that may work. But, I still think more people will apply. Writing out a check deters some people who just want to gamble........ What about an application that can be sent in online and money still mailed in?? Probably a nightmare, but I didn't like the credit card thing about online, it encouraged alot of extra applicants.........

I appreciate it getting posted, if you are out of work it is nice to have something different pop up, it is at least worth the try. We have all filled out job applications that you felt like you were pissing in the wind, but it is kind of like the old saying, you can't win if you don't play.........
