Last December there was a 22 year old bull harvested that was 2000 pounds. Giant bull!! Hopefully matt will post it up later.

Well 80 pound head. 125 pound hide. And heavy bones. Mine was about 700 on the hoof.

This hunt will air on Mathews TV with Zac Griffith I believe. Stay tuned, I'm sure we will hear from them in a few days.

He's still on the ranch. No cell reception. They do have a loader to haul it down the mountain. JR and I broke it down on top and loaded it in the truck. There is a processor in the next town which is around 50 miles. I deboned mine and brought it back in three Canyon Coolers. Von Hansen's in Chandler have it now. This hunt is affordable. I would send Matt an email or voicemail with contact for prices. I left late at night when the Mathews crew showed up. Forgot to get pics of the house.

Kidso. Having the hide tan to through on the floor. Its eight ft square. Euro skull. To much for a shoulder mount.

I sat one of my trail cam spots and got a few pics of two bucks. Saw some turkies but they snuck up on me before i could be camera ready. I was just sitting on the ground. Hopefully it stays good untill rifle season. Heres a few more t-cam pics. -
Went to Okalhoma to visit my parents over the New year and did some hand gun hunting for Feral Pigs but came across this Armadillo. Also did some fishing on the pond. 28degrees with a 10 mile wind in our face and still managed to catch a Bass.

I grilled my back straps yesterday. Turned out great. Then I made a qeusadilla, then a hot sandwich last night.

They need to change the name to, " Lion Feeding Project".

My brother and I went to a spot close to town and thought we might make it a challenge. We packed our recurves and glass and hit the hills. Right at sunrise we saw two different herds of mule deer. No big bucks. Jumped a spike then walked over the next hill and started calling. And the pigs started coming. I shot mine at 15 yards dead center. Next we had 4 single pigs come into 5 feet within about 5 mins. Jeff stuck one at 10 feet.

Is this the same cat you were chasing for my cousin and his buddy? The doctors from Indiana. -
it should be "I spent so much". love it when they shoot Javelina in the road eating corn and they crawl on their hands and knees 20 yards then shoot from 100yds and call it a great stalk.

That's my brothers recurve with the limbsaver. I've shot that bow. It helps a little. That bow is about 20 years old.

Used to be!!

I hunted it about five years ago. Very dissapointed. Lots of lion sign down there. Saw a lion and only two bucks over 80". It might be worth it just to hunt lions there.

If you want to eat shoot him. Remember its about the hunt not so much the horns. Us locals that hunt coues every year take for granite that majority of non resident hunters hunt a lot here to get a shot on a coues buck. If it gets you excited then pull the trigger.

Anyone loose a hound off the Dugas rd. My buddy Sam has it. Someone bird hunting picked him up. Has a California phone number that is apparently the wrong number. Call Sam. 602-499-2205

I had a buddy fly down from Denver for his third Coues deer hunt. He finally got his first one. A small 2x3 at 100 yards. I called in seven foxes in two days. my buddy shot his first grey with a 7 mag at 7 feet and died on top of my caller. we also called in a double and shot them both with pistols at 15 feet. He was very excited to say the least. So i went to my spot where i have been getting a few bucks coming in on camera. the first pics were from the week before the hunt. I sat it with a camera to get good close up pics. But with the weather changing from hot to windy and cold. I didn't have high expectations. After checking my cam the bucks were there a few hours before i got there, so we decided to sit it anyways. Well two hours into the sit this bear was standing there. 60 yards with one shot from my trusty 300 rsaum. put him down quick.

You sure that's on your trail cam. I think that bear might have a name at Bearzona in Williams, AZ.
