Yes I anneal each firing. I had 17 out of 100 pieces of win 25 with split necks out of the bags and another 11 split after 1st fire. I lost 8 more on 2nd fire. I still have one more unopened bag of 25, but I have seen in other forums the hornady 243 necked up actually holds up better than the win 25 so im looking to try
