I lost my Dad about 3 months ago and have been slowly bringing his firearms to my house....starting to run out of room in the safe....and have a bunch of shotguns already... I found this shotgun in the back of his closet...hasn't been shot in a LONG time....I can't find the chokes ( thinking Win-Choke system?)....I believe it needs a new o-ring where the barrel nut screws on (near the forend)......therefore I'd like to sell this to someone who has time to get it shooting again....selling as is.... Thompson Center R55 Benchmark .22LR. Semi-automatic, 18" med/heavy barrel. Laminated wood stock w/raised cheek rest. Two-position safety. Weaver 2-7 x 28mm rimfire scope. Buttstock has a compartment to store an extra 5rd magazine. Includes (2) 5rd magazines & (4) 10rd magazine. I possibly have a few more magazines...I will keep looking. Rifle consistently shoots less than 1/2" groups at 50 yards. Everything on the rifle works as it should, probably needs a good cleaning :). Includes original manual and paperwork. No box.
