While in the woods/desert

A lion sneaking up on me is my worst nightmare . I always worry about breaking a leg, ankle or some crap like that and not being able to get back to the vehicle. With VERIZON phone service you can't get a signal now you are screwed. -

I just have to ask if anyone has tried the buttout tool? http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s...__SearchResults -
24A is where I grew up hunting. What I enjoyed about this area is the terrain. You can be in desert one minute and forest in 10 minutes. The wildlife is plentiful around 24A you just have to know where to look. I still live and hunt here. Clay

Didn't someone say it happened on the 18th of last year which was a thursday? Okay thursday is when I want it to happen. I am already on pins and needles. Can someone please make the draw happen before then. I just have to know. I am now getting to the point I can't sleep at night, can't eat (and I love to eat), and stressed out. HELP -
That is really neat. Those kids should really be hooked now. Thanks for posting those. Clay

Fire Restrictions on the Coconino NF
willhunt4coues replied to Red Rabbit's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Tonto National Forest lifts fire restrictions PHOENIX (July 7, 2008) – All campfire and smoking restrictions affecting the Tonto National Forest will be lifted, effective Wednesday, July 9, 8 a.m. The fire restrictions, which covered the entire forest, are no longer needed because fire danger has been reduced by increased moisture and humidity from the annual monsoon season. These wetter conditions prompted officials to lift forest fire restrictions. “Although campfires and smoking will now be allowed throughout the forest, visitors should properly extinguish cigarettes in ashtrays, and ashes in a campfire ring should be cold enough to touch before they are left,” said Tonto NF Fire Staff Officer Clay Templin. “Campfires should be put out by drowning with water and stirring with a shovel to ensure the fire is cold. Forest Supervisor Gene Blankenbaker extended special thanks to the visiting public during the fire restrictions which began May 8. “We want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while we had to restrict access and activities on the Tonto during this fire season. We appreciate our visitors’ support of the restrictions. Arizona had a challenging fire season that was made a little easier by the small number of human-caused fires.” -
Technical difficulties is what the phone is saying. Maybe they might draw early this year because of the early archery deer hunts. I call and check the web site twice a day. I CAN'T WAIT GET IT OVER ALREADY.

I have to say you are all wrong . NcSTAR are the best out there for only $14.00 10x50 I can see beyond 2 feet and the biggest bull I ever saw through them was 12 feet in front of me. Man the clarity at that distance is just perfect. http://www.opticsplanet.net/ncstar-full-si...by-ba1050r.html
