    What is the best scope

Sightron would be at the top of the best for under 1000.00. They have over 100 moa of adjustments and 80 moa of elevation on FFP scopes. I have tested SIII scopes (sightron) against some night force 2000 scopes, Valdada, Leupold, Vortex, ect and the sightron scopes have 99.989% tracking which means they are a true moa tracking scope. Night force had 96%, Valdada 98%, vortex 96%, Leupold 97%. SIII scopes have some great optics (night force and vortex being the worst) and Valdada being the best with schott HD glass. So if you want a true tracking, 100 moa elevation, great optics, lifetime warranty and in house customization look at the Sightron SIII scopes. They are way under priced scopes.

    Best electronic scale for reloading?

Acculab is a great scale so is the gem pro 250. But the most accurate scale on the market is an analytical sartorius entries 64-1S. It is truley the best of the best for .001 accuracy when reloading. Even though a granulate of powder weighs .02 to .03. It measure as you drop. I have the charge master 1500 plus double check on my gempro 250 so I can obtain that .02 check. I will be up grading soon to the analytical.

    Chronogragh Question

Yes it will. If you don't want light effecting the reading look at the Magnetospeed. It attaches to the barrel and uses magnets to read the bullet. This can be used in sunshine, darkness, cloudy days, rain, ect. I have always got the same reading no matter what time of day it is. A little on the pricey side but one of the most accurate reading chrono and fastest to set up and take down.

    Reloading package, how much?

Top of the line does not mean dillon, redding. It means Harrell press, Whidden custom dies. I have been doing precision reloading for over a year now and have bought over 12000,00 worth of equipment. If you want a progressive press for the hand loading get Dillon but for rifle precision reloading Harrell is the only way to go. Look into accurate shooter reviews. A lot of the competition guys wont touch anything beside custom dies and harrell presses. The harrell will run you about 200.00. RCBS chargemaster 1500 for a dispenser and a Gempro 250 for .02 gn exact weighing. The dies best thing to do is send in some fired cases and have custom dies made. get you a LE Wilson case trimmer best square case trimmer on the market. K&M champering tool, 21st century primer seating tool, ect. You will find all the top stuff at accurate shooter or 6mmbr. Have fun I know I have.

    Leica Rangemaster 1600

My buddy has one and I set his up for him. I am not impressed with them at all. You might as well get the 1600 without the ballistics if you are going to get a Leica. The ballistics only get close and show in clicks which is half a$$ IMO. If you want a rangefinder that has precision calculations look at the G7BR2 from gunworks. That is the one I have it will do ballistics out to 1400 yards and range out past 2000. When I was looking for a long range my price range was 1200.00 but then i seen how many people did not like their 1600B and was then looking at the 1600. After LOTS of research I found the G7BR2 and it was WHAT I NEEDED AND WANTED so I saved the money and bought it. I am VERY happy with it and just finnaly changed the battery after having her for about a year now. One of the BEST investments i have ever made.
