Okay lets say party "A" put in for 5B north with CC and results were posted he got drawn BUT later his cc was rejected (insuff funds). Now applicant "B" put in for 5B north as well and he is the next in line and his draw results say Not Drawn but being A got rejected they then give it to B. Now B thinks he did not get drawn but low and behold his tag shows up sometime in April and he is happy dude. I don't know how they are going to do it but it seems they are trying something new this year.

I bought a foxpro fiestrom and topped it with a fox jack and wow first timeout yesterday I had a fox come running right up to the call then run off to my left it all happened so fast I did not have time to shoot. I am about 1:5 right now. I noticed if you use more coyote vocals (female) it brings them in a little faster then the ol rabbit in distress. I called in 2 at my last stand yesterday using only vocals and man again I really need to work onn my setups because I had no time to shoot and they were on top of me fast. I alot of times opt not to shoot just to see how they act and react.

Yes the warranties ALWAYS transfer with Leupold. I know because I just bought a Illum 1.5-5x24? mark 4. When I called them they said if/when I send it in that I just need to include all my info and they will change it then.

Okay I was going to take the class to get certified the other day and asked what the 100.00 was for. He told me for the training and he does the fingerprint and helps you on the application. He said I would have to send in 60.00 to get the permit. So thats 160.00 I would have spent. But anyone who knows me knows I have tons of time on my hands so I did some researching and found out that there are lots of different classes you can go through to get you certificate for the permit and guess what one of them classes are? HUNTER SAFETY course!!!! Yes if you have taken hunter ed all you need is the application (from DPS) and to get finger printed. So I asked the nice lady at DPS can I still get mine since I had taken the class 22 years ago and she said yes. So now I have to spend 60.00 for the permit and is good for 5 years and 20.00 for the finger printing. So I just saved 80.00. I thought I would let you all know about this since nno one really tells you these little details. So if you have a hunter ed cert. go get your ccw permit. There are lots of perks to a CCW permit.

Thats what I did. I took the class 22 years ago and heck have no idea where mine is so I just requested a new one and the nice lady sent me my duplicate. Just take a copy of it and make sure you get the application from DPS (call them they will send it to you). I requested everything last friday and already have everything in hand.

Questions regarding used Utility Quads (ATV)
willhunt4coues replied to Airbusdriver's topic in The Campfire
Looks like a great bike especially with price. Ride Now I think my buddy Joe still manages that place in AJ. He use to manage the shop up here in Globe, anyways he will steer you in the right direction. Good luck on your quest. I have always had the race quads YFZ450 that heck boys you don't need 4X4 all you do is plaster the gas and haul a$$ up the hill. 4X4 is for slow and old. Get a machine that will tear your face back...LOL. -
What is your longest "dry spell"?????

Questions regarding used Utility Quads (ATV)
willhunt4coues replied to Airbusdriver's topic in The Campfire
The fuel injected atvs are nice but if anything goes wrong with them they are VERY expensive to repair and complicated. Now on the other hand a carberator is alot easier to work with and yes even you can clean them out. Depending on elivation on carb atvs you may need different needles and or jets but if you are staying in arizona 2000 to 8000 elivation you should have no problem (I havn't at least). Honda, Polaris are good machines each has their own ablities like polaris you will not have to shift but the auto braking on down hill sucks (imo). I personaly like the quads you can shift. Now don't rule out Yamaha because thats all I have and imo are the number one machins out there. I have an old 86 yamaha shift atv and it still runs to this day and it even ALWAYS starts on the first attempt. Look for the important stuff like if the bike have been wrecked closly look at the frame (for hidden cracks) and also check on warranty items (if it still has a warranty). These little atvs are more expensive to work on than vehicles. Look at fluids, tires, for any signs of missuse. Most of these bikes that are for sale the sellers usually will take a slightly lower price than advertised so work it down if you can and if not look more don't ever just settle. Good luck and any more questions feel free to ask I have personally always owned a quad since I was just 3 years old and have always done my own repairs. -
Me too but from others that I know (LOTS of them) they never got the email and they are signed up. I got one and I sent in a check.

+1 for the gutless method. Me and AZP&Y did it on his buck this year and we also did it on my wifes buck. If the buck is not easy to get to IMO this is the only way to pack a deer out and easiest. In the time it takes me to gut the deer I can have the deer capped, deboned, and headed back to the jeep. I zip from the back of the head all the way down to the tail and start to skin both the right and left side. I remove the back straps first then the back roasts. Then I move up and grab the front leg meat and the neck meat then cap him out to the bottom of his neck. I throw all my meat into cheese cloth and then into my backpack. The nice thing about doing the gutless method is face it when you get home you are beat and don't want to have to skin the deer and (for some let him hang) then process. Then there is taking the left over bones/hyde and trying to despose of it. When the gutless method is done you leave all the bones, hyde, and guts behind. Much easier imo than bringing him home. You really don't need to watch any videos it is very simple to do.
