I also have a mean Jerkey recipe that you use the Cavendars greek seasoning. I will get with Amanda and have her post it on the main site. I am glad Amanda you liked it. I hope everyone will at least try it because I am telling you, you will never use any other seasoning on any steaks you cook again. I even had stew last night and added the seasoning in with it.

ASAT Camoflauge: Okay I tested my new camo out today and I do like it. The camo is called ASAT Camoflauge and is very comfortable and silent. It is tested in black and white (deer vision) and in color. I am one of those people that love camo and I believe I now have some of every camo out there and by far this one is at the top of my list. If you are interested in any of the ASAT camo line you can find it at www.asatcamo.com So if you have any camo that you would like to review post it up. Reviews from the hunters eye is the only way to go. We all would like to see what to buy before we buy it. Also be able to test it in the terrain that Arizona, New Mexico, and Mexico has to offer. So post up your favorite camo.

Need some gun purchasing advice
willhunt4coues replied to hunterofcoues's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
A 45/70 or 45/110 should do it for just about anything -
The whisker biscuit rest does slow down the arrow but is good for close shots tree stands or blinds. There are lots of drop away rests out look them up. I use an AAE Avalanche but they are pretty pricy but well worth the money. As for the sights if it works for you keep it if not again there are plenty out there cheap and expensive. I use a true glow with all the micro adjustments and it ran around 90 bucks. Get the one you like and think it would be best for you.

I would have to say 90" or better for Coues and a BIG OL Muley...I am not ruining the season for any coues buck on a small muley.

Hey now you ain't suppose to curse... Don't you just love GOOGLE.

Formulas and Calculations for a right triangle: •Pythagorean Theorem for Right Triangle: a^2 + b^2 = c^2 •Perimeter of Right Triangle: P = a + b + c •Semiperimeter of Right Triangle: s = (a + b + c) / 2 •Area of Right Triangle: K = (a * / 2 •Altitude a of Right Triangle: ha = b •Altitude b of Right Triangle: hb = a •Altitude c of Right Triangle: hc = (a * / c 1. Given sides a and b find side c and the perimeter, semiperimeter, area and altitudes •a and b are known; find c, P, s, K, ha, hb, and hc •c = √(a^2 + b^2) •P = a + b + c •s = (a + b + c) / 2 •K = (a * / 2 •ha = b •hb = a •hc = (a * / c 2. Given sides a and c find side b and the perimeter, semiperimeter, area and altitudes •a and c are known; find b, P, s, K, ha, hb, and hc •b = √(c^2 - a^2) •P = a + b + c •s = (a + b + c) / 2 •K = (a * / 2 •ha = b •hb = a •hc = (a * / c

From what I have seen every unit is good. But in all seriousness 23 would be problably good in the central area. -

Am I sensing a bit of sarcasm here Clay? I've never shot with a thumbhole stock before. --Bill No sarcasm here I am just letting you know from my personal experience. It helped me lots I am not saying you need help I am just informing everyone that it does help if you need it and if you don't it still feels good. I could sure use the help with accuracy . The .243 doesn't move much at the shot, and I was hoping that a stock like this would make it even steadier. Just curious if it put too much recoil on the hand. Looks like I will have to find a way to order one up soon. Thanks Guys, --Bill It actually distribute the recoil evenly every where.....You won't be dissapointed. -

Thumb hole stocks are the way to go TRUST me they increase your accuracy and help manage some recoil with a great feel in the palm of your hand. If you are going to buy a new stock you have GOT to get a Boyds thumb hole. -
Those are some great bucks thankd for sharing.
