It helped me lots I am not saying you need help I am just informing everyone that it does help if you need it and if you don't it still feels good. I could sure use the help with accuracy . The .243 doesn't move much at the shot, and I was hoping that a stock like this would make it even steadier. Just curious if it put too much recoil on the hand. Thumb hole stocks are the way to go TRUST me they increase your accuracy and help manage some recoil with a great feel in the palm of your hand. If you are going to buy a new stock you have GOT to get a Boyds thumb hole.
