I'm needing some help understanding how to get entered for this. It says entry forms available online by Friday yet there isn't any form. So I called and was told had to enter in person. I sent my cousin to pay and get us entered. He paid our entry fees but was told we would have to register in person by 6:00 on the 1st. Can someone help me figure this out? If I indeed have to register in person I won't be able to get from the valley intime!
