He signed it as part of his plea deal so if he violates it they can come after him for everything again. Why in the world anyone would sign something like that is beyond me. One thing to give up your hunting license and still be able to go with friends and family. Whole different level agreeing to not going out with anyone ever again including your kids.

Saw an update over on fb about this. Sounds like he was revoked for life and signed an agreement in the plea deal to never go into the woods to help, assist, guide etc. anyone, including his kids, for the rest of his life. Play stupid games win stupid prizes I guess.

Correct but people still want their kids to get the bonus point. Also counterintuitive to require hunter ed for kids under 14 but because of their incompetence they just wave the requirement.

This all started when they forced local hunter ed teachers to jump through all kinds of stupid hoops to be able to teach the classes. Most decided it wasn't worth it and stopped doing them which has led to what we have now with hundreds if not thousands of people trying to get maybe 100 spots in a class every couple months.

Also it's not based on how many they have had sold over 365 days. It's based on 10% of how many they had sold in 365 days.

Should an unlimited amount of NR's be allowed to come and hunt our deer? What other state allows that? Shouldn't we want "good things for residents"?

A couple of years ago it wasn't required to take any meat from lions or bears so depending on when, nothing may have happened to them. Should have stayed that way. Why dont they make you keep coyote meat? If its a predator who gives AF if you dont eat it. From 2018 regs:

You didn't know it was possible because it's not possible. He probably said 33. If he did say 33 he's got the golden ticket to whatever hunt of his choosing whenever he wants it being the only resident with max. (Unless it has like 1 tag)

I've seen several hunters shoot yearling bulls on an antlerless hunt. Therefore the reasoning of an antlerless hunt vs a cow hunt. If it were a "cow" hunt there would be a lot of illegal kills every year. Nubs can't be shed, therefore they are antlerless.

Just so you know if you already have a regular hunter ed point you can't get an additional ethical hunting az point as well. One or the other.
