Buy that fly creek 2 that is in the classifieds. I have had mine since they first came out. The weight is amazing for a two person tent. They get great reviews and that is a great price. Use mine on a couple trips a year and never had a problem. Brent

I have bought my easton axis arrows from Droptine for years. Never had a issue. I just put the arrow length in the message box and he sends my arrows perfect every time. Not sure if he carries what you are looking for. Brent http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-GOLD-TIP-TEAM-PRIMOS-PRIMOS-ARROWS-340-1DZ-/331499911851

I bought one a year ago. Pretty nice for the price. I sold the head on eBay and put my Jim white head on it. Brent -

Hoping for something more exciting. I needed new work boots so I ordered the Adamas 6" for $50 plus tax. They seem to get good reviews and are about 60% off. We will see. Brent -

Waiting to hear from New Mexico and Colorado. I plan on doing a antelope hunt if I don't draw any other tags. I have three points and plan on buying the expensive tag to better my odds. Brent

I believe GotBowAz is right. I used to bow hunt in Alaska when I was commercial fishing. I might be wrong but the state of Alaska, at that time, only required the certification if you are hunting in "Bow Only" hunts. If you are just hunting a spring black bear hunt where any weapon is allowed, I don't think you need that certification. I have bow hunted for black bear and sitka black tails and never had the certification. It was something I wanted to do, but the field day was always somewhere I wasn't and getting there was more than I wanted to spend. I would be surprised if there are any "Bow Only" black bear hunts. Maybe inside Juneau's city limits or other town limits. I know there are "Bow Only" sheep tags, goat tags and moose tags to name a few. My brother wants me to hunt a goat hunt that is "Bow Only" and the only thing stopping me from applying is the certification. Let us know what you find out please. Brent

Anyone find where it says "unsuccessful" on the new site? I know my points changed but it feels incomplete without some reference that I even put in for a tag. I guess now it is a waiting game for New Mexico, Colorado, or Wyoming. Brent

No, I didn't get a charge on my credit card. Better My Courtney, who you all have watched grow up over the years, just got offered a commission in United States Airforce. She has worked hard in ROTC at the U of A and it has paid off. She will be going to officer training this summer. Two years from now my little girl will be wearing a gold bar on her uniform for the Airforce. Proud of you girl. Keep up the hard work. Dad

Just read my post. I guess I shouldn't try to type while at work. It supposed to read "officer training and ROTC". Good thing she is smarter than her dad.

Thanks guys. Court will be getting her nursing degree at the u of a so she doesn't go the Airforce acedemy route. Just office training and of the ROTC. Still pretty proud

Well that took care of the temptation

You call Thor bullets and they will send you a sample pack and instructions. Great people. You will probably talk to his wife. Brent

I used these bullets to kill my Colorado buck last year. Yes, they are non saboted and are legal in Colorado. Each gun takes a different size to fit well. My CVA accura uses the .500 diameter. Brent

Now you are just making me hungry. Venison tamales and beans for dinner for me tonight then another nap. Phone is going to ring around midnight. Keep up the good work. Hopefully soon you will have a tag to burn the pounds off for. That always gets me motivated. Brent

That is funny. I have been there. This morning, we had to wait for our rooms for a half hour so the front desk compt us breakfast. I broke my number one rule and went to bed with a belly full of a three egg omelet. That is a sure way to add weight on the road. Sure slept good though. Brent

That's is awesome. I know how hard it is to stick with it while doing what we do. Congrats

Not good at reviews??? That was probably one of best reviews I have read. Thanks. I probably should buy one before they all sell out. Once again great job on that gun. Makes me want to go out and shoot mine Brent -

That is a stud of a gun. I am blown away at how fast you put it together. I am having Courtney's 264 win mag redone. Craig's Custom Rifles here in Tucson will put it together for me but that won't happen till the barrel comes in. I am looking to put a new scope on it and was looking at the one you used on this gun. Can you give us a quick review on the Sightron scope you are using? Does it have any type of turret stops? Once again, great gun, great groups, Brent -
You are the man. Keep up the good work. I just woke up in El Paso. Got in at 200 and got a five hour nap. It looks like we are going to flip on our rest. Post some pics Brent
