I agree with az guide, if it were my treestand it would be tied to a rope and drug up and down the hills a few times

You aint got to wory about anything but south of the border folks around here my friend. I would get to your treestand before light and have it set up on water. The deer seem to hit the water around 9am and 1pm on average, but you never know what will come in to get a drink. Make sure you get a lion tag, as they are only a few bucks and the season is all year long....P.S. Also carry a handgun with you at all times

I dont think the illeagal and drug runner situation is going to get better anytime soon, last weekend I was down in 34b and found a dead illeagal hung in a tree. And like gotcoues said I wont be taking my boys hunting down south anymore
