Monarchs are fantastic! I have had 10, 12, 16, 20 power and all are sweet glass. Also... Leupold green ring bx-3 Mojave verrrrry nice optics and this year they have Pro Guide series HD that are awesome but pricey but can be had around $500. The non hd are fantastic and $250-$350ish

Mine is also like the picture and IT SUCKS FOR HEAT. Face stays warm that's about it, good if you have tiny kids around otherwise useless.
