What dates I forget and am not near regs

I haven't fished it in 20-25 years and fish had parasites then. Little things that look like sesame seed they enter around fins and when filleting fish I would cut these little "seeds" out and ten fish in I realized my seeds were crawling away. 😧

Not as much light gathering cuz 50mm vs 56mm but if you want lightweight for packing this is great price!

Dont think box and scope match. They don't make pst in this size so unless maybe they Used to? Or unless maybe this is 4-16x50

I was Blessed with a opportunity to bear hunt Canada and do some fishing just about every day. I had never caught Walleye before. I ate walleye at least 2x a day while there no big Like caught although 1 good pike did come in after hitting buddy's small walleye and was on right up till I grabbed camera to take picture. The small Pike that I'm posting a picture of we were driving through a channel and I had a rod hanging over the side of boat and the Lure was barely barely touching the water skipping on the water and this little bitty Pike attacked it and then was thumping the side of the boat I thought my buddy had hit a tree or a rock and then I pulled in this little fish LOL Since my bear hunt was ongoing we never had opportunity to attack bush lakes for big Walleye.

Walleye seems to go well with all other food! 👍 I took bison with and marinated some in the camp homemade blueberry wine and that was pretty stinkin good also! I actually really like pike minus all the bones so think I gained 10lbs that week.

Thompson Center Compass has a $75 rebate plus sale on some sites and could buy 6.5 for like $199 no scope and barrel is threaded so can buy a brake for $75 same site. Pkg deals were $280ish and then brake if wanted is $75 then mail in $75 rebate. I'm searching for which place it was but rebate is thru Dec 31. I have never shot a Compass The $199 might be after rebate???

Bet ha everybody hear debating shot size is shooting diffent barrel lengths and different chokes. Mike describe the weapon your using that should help with correct ammo prescription.

Oh I will be going back! not exactly in my budget but I figure with my health kinda sucky it makes more sense to drop all my hunt money for a years worth of hinting on 1 hunt like this and be healthier for family.com maybe 1 or 2 local small hints also. loved Canada! Btw saw 3 OR 4 MOOSE, 1 WOLF, TONS of GROUSE (2 types), SNOESHOE RABBITS, MULTIPLE RED FOX, DEER, many BALD EAGLES...

It was a blast! I do wish I had harvested 1st day or 2 like buddy so I could fish more. The bear he took was the smallest he's ever taken there and I think he took it so that we could go fishing more LOL. I passed up young ones because I just didn't want to harvest a young bear not when I went all the way to Canada for one you know what I mean. My last night chance was a whopper I just let buck fever rule my thoughts. :/
