    For Sale Walther p22

Well all the extra front sights that came with the gun are different heights. I have not seen that problem before at least with my gun. As of now the gun is taken but we will see if they come through.

    Valuable lessons learned

Ha let me tell you my story of this weekend. I got to my spot well before sun up and I knew that spot was holding some good deer. I had done my homework on the area over the last few months. Well we are sitting there a bit before 5am and after about an hour I see legs walking down the hill opposite of us. I motion to the other guy to be quite, nock an arrow, and attach the release. The deer comes out in the opening 30 yards to my left and starts grazing. At this point Im standing behind a tree the deer is broadside to me and he is oblivious to our presence. I was shooting an x-force nicely sighted in with a smart rest non capture style. So to keep the arrow from falling off the rest on draw I use my index finger to hold the arrow where I want it. At this point my mind is racing Im shaking pretty good and its pretty hard to contain myself. So with the arrow pointing down I start to draw and raise the bow at the same time. Five inches into the draw I hear that all to familiar tink of arrow meeting riser. Any buck at 30 yards would have heard me and this one was no different. He was gone back up the hill stopping every 20 yards doing the hiss to warn all the other deer around. So what Happened????? The nock came out of the back of the arrow on the draw...... with the pressure from my finger on the shaft it held the arrow and during the start of my draw the nock just slid out the back..... Now tell me that doesnt suck I mean who does that happen to. Oh yeah and thirty minutes later I sent an arrow over the back of another buck.....

    Game camera regs

No way that is wrong in so many ways. They could resale them and make a mint. That represents a lot of peoples time and money he walked off with.

    Be honest!

One time in Uruguay at night I saw a dog kill this cat in the middle of the street. After the dog had left a man came down out of one of the houses picked up the cat and took it inside. Now Im not sure if it was his cat or not but being the section of town I was in I dont think so. Im sure people all over the world eat it. Its just not my cup of tea...

    A few deer coming in

It seems to me that the set up you have there would take a lot of pictures of moving sunlight. If not post up what kind of cams you are using...... And the coordinates to the cam spot if you have them

Something wrong with this cow elk

Cancer looks like a large mass between the front legs and obviously something wrong with the back leg. IMO she still should be somewhat healthy with a broken leg but she looks bad. Like stated above maybe a car.

    Drop aways

Left Tear: If the fletched end of the arrow tears the paper to the left of where the tip penetrates. This may indicate that: • Arrow rest is adjusted too far to the left. Adjust arrow rest to the right. • Arrow shaft is too stiff (right handed archers): Although very unlikely, it is possible that the spine of the arrow shaft is too stiff. Using an arrow selection chart, select an arrow with the proper spine or increase draw weight of the bow. For left- handed archers: Arrow shaft too weak. • Arrow making contact with the cables. Adjust cable guard to achieve more clearance. • Inconsistent shooting form. Have your shooting form and technique checked by a qualified archery coach. Right Tear: If the fletched end of the arrow tears the paper to the right of where the tip penetrates. This may indicate that: • Arrow rest is adjusted too far to the right. Adjust arrow rest to the left. • Arrow shaft is too weak (for right-handed archers): Although very unlikely, it is possible that the spine of the arrow shaft is too weak. Using an arrow selection chart, select an arrow with the proper spine or reduce draw weight of the bow. For lefthanded archers: Arrow shaft too stiff. • Cable guard adjustment too far out. Adjust cable guard to achieve proper vane clearance. • Inconsistent shooting form. Have your shooting form and technique checked by a qualified archery coach.

    string makers

The Good strings ar made with many strands... factory strings are like factory tires on a Pickup... you run them out cuz you don't want to waste them.... some tear them off and sell them... no one really likes them. having a Resource like Jeremy here in the Rim Country just makes it easier to tear off the fatory stuff and go custom.... Hope that clears it for you a touch TJ.... the other part is that I wanted my bow to LOOK like no one elses.... so I ordered it all custom. Yes... ego... And yes my wife is still shooting factory strings...She will for this year and then new strings next year, probably. Well I do make my own strings and I tell you what. Never heard or seen two color strings that are two seperate strings twisted together. They are made together out of two strands of fibers they are wrapped around till they add up to about 20-24 individual strands in the string and all served together as one string. I can't say that factory strings are any better or worse than customs. I have searched on PSEs website for string specs and they make theirs out of 452x which is pretty widely considered the best material on the market to date. Their cables are another issue. I believe my x-force came with 8125 cables which aren't the best. That is why I switched mine out for my own made from 452x. Most people consider customs because often they are prestretched which should make initial tuning easier and bows don't come with the fancy colors.
