I get in there by 7:30/8 not that impressive lately

I did deadlifts, hack squats, ,leg extension, leg curls and calves. I go to LA fitness in higley and 202

I love working out but I dont think I could dedicate 8hrs to just arms and 16 shakes lol

Its happening more and more at my gym. We only have one guy at our gym that makes people pull up their masks. All the other workers just ignore it.

Ive been back at the gym now for 2weeks. Sucks wearing the mask but better than not lifting. Guy I talk to stopped wearing his mask for three days straight. Second day they called the cops on him, third day the canceled his membership.

My Lab did the same thing. Unfortunately they had to remove them because he couldnt throw them up.

I have two teton xl’s. Plenty of room and super comfortable.
