You automatically get them when you sign up for the safet class and purchase the base permit. Pretty much all the hunters are getting them.

Couple of tips if you get one. Fit it to the gun before the hunt, that way it's ready to go. I use a pot holder from dollar store to lay in it for some padding. Makes it more user friendly. My son shot his Javelina at 305 yards standing with the gun on the triclawps.

To clarify on my post. My son had 2 master locks on his pelican case which is all that was required by TSA. Delta's policy is if it has a hole it has to have a lock so they were good with the other 2 being TSA locks.
