I am shooting some 400 grain beman arrows with heavy inserts and 100 grain tips. Been pretty happy with my setup.

I picked up an outdoorsmans pan head from a private seller for a pretty good deal. I love that pandhead. I had the 128rc before hand which worked great as well. Just a little heavier.
