I have been happy with my viper 6.5-20x44, bought it when they were on sale at camerland, which was a steal. Been happy with it so far. Not quite as clear as my vx-III but its pretty close! I would definitly try to get a viper if you can.

I have the promaster and love it. I live in Peoria, if you are close and want to check it out let me know! I use mine with binos and a 85mm spotter. Stable for both platforms, even tall enough for me to glass standing up. The promaster packs quite the punch!

Paying for a San Carlos Tag
Kaffer62 replied to Seldom Drawn's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
People are going to hunt the rez or mexico, sometimes both.. Its really up to them.. Just being out there and chasing deer, doing what they love is sometimes all that matters. Some are willing to pay more than the next guy. I think the San Carlos or Mexico would be quite the experience, Will everyone shoot a 120" buck. No. Will they have a great time in new country? More than likely. -
Pm Ajohunter. If he can help you i know he will. Real good guy.

I used to hear about elk around Picacho peak, and then the one which got stuck in a canal down by Gila Bend. Both are real low in elevation. 1000ft or so.

Does anyone have a good recipe for a 300 win mag? Looking at accuracy more so than speed.

I am looking for recommendations regarding someone who can engrave about 8-10 words on a firearm for me.

Its an Ar15 lower I was building with my father in.law. He passed away suddenly this week and i would like to put his name and something else on it. (still deciding) I was thinking on the flat surface where the mag is installed.

Probably leaning towards cnc. But I will take any recommendations and look into them.

Basically someone gives you something, then you give someone something. So on and so forth.

They are so easy to put up, its not even funny. They are sealed very tightly, so you must unzip the door before trying to put it up. The inside forms a vacuum. From start to finish, the tent takes maybe 5 mins.. That is including the time it takes to stake it down. What is even better, is it is super easy to put away. Not once have I had to start over in trying to get it to fit in its carrying case.

Make sure you look under every tree too. Shot a pig two years ago and it died tucked way up under a juniper. Without really looking into the tree i would have never found it.
