Thanks to everyone for the advice. Yes, included with the permit is informaiton on the different types of trees, but it's all Greek to me. I'll be sure to have my truck with me, 4wd. Sounds like it shouldn't be too hard to get a tree - hope it works out!

Winchester Model 70 .270 Classic Featherweight with Boss. Very nice rifle - which is the reason I bought it. I have owned it and have kept it safe in storage for 5 years. I have never fired it, but it has been fired by previous owner. Includes 2 boxes of Winchester .270 ammo, minus one shell for my collection (so it's 39 rounds). I believe it is from 1990's.
