Way to many Deer Tags down south, I'm just glad a good portion of those tag holders don't venture to far from the road! As far as the lions I think they are like coyotes, when killed, others fill their vacancy in a short time period. Always gonna be lions around, they are pretty darn territorial killing other males, keeping females in check!

In case you all have not heard? From AZGF: Good news! The hunters shown in a photo posted this morning were hunting legally when they bagged a buck near Superior. When they learned they were persons of interest, they contacted the Department, produced their tag and additional photos of the buck and the investigation was concluded. A concerned citizen had sent the photo to Operation Game Thief. The majority of our states hunters do the right thing and uphold the game laws in Arizona -- this case is another example. If you see suspicious behavior, please contact our Operation Game Thief Hotline at 1-800-352-0700, 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week, or visit www.azgfd.gov/ogt.shtml.

Wow freaking awesome

I think there should be no restriction on a female or male other than what AZGF has set in the regs. As soon as we start complaining, the liberals are going to try to change the regs which we don't want. But I get it, if a houndsman wants to let the females go, good for him, more cats for him to stay in business. If he has a paying client that wants to shoot a female, then shoot. I personally if I ever call a legal cat in, it's getting shot. (Which I'm dream of) As far as hunting them to low numbers, ain't gonna happen. That's why we have a conservation program called "Game and Fish". Come on folks, it's all personal choice!!!!

My thoughts are that folks that want to let females walk are into it for the business side, personal choice, or like seeing lions out in the wild. For me if it's legal, I am going to shoot female or not.

Extra full choke on dove and quail?? I'm a long range shotgunner! I give them a chance to fly a little before knock them down.

Gotta be MEXICO

I went to the semi auto Benelli SBE II, it's nice, accurate, comfortable, reliable and shoots all ammo I feed through it. Mostly use a extra full choke on everything. Never looked back. Dove, quail, duck, turkey, coyote, fox, and bobcat, is what I have taken with so far. Price tag goes from $900-$1700 used to new.

Am I crazy???? 2016 Nov 25th Bull hunt! Wife just got the OK from the Dr that she can elk hunt next week!!! Well yes I am am very nervous! Let's just say it was unplanned and am very thankful to the new addition coming December 12th (cesarean)to the Vowell family. I had a plan to hire a buddy and very reputable outfitter to help out on this hunt and decided not to because I will be taking a full month unpaid off work when the baby comes. I wanted to try to go for a nice bull but expectations will be the very first antlered bull we see will be going down. Just wanted to also to give a shout out to Douglas-gun-guy on here for his help! Great guy
