I agree, boots on the ground is the best way to learn a unit. I put in for units that I don't know much about, but will go out and start glassing, checking for sign until I find something. If I dont see anything, I'll move to another area. Some spots are better than other in past years. But to actually know if the area is good it's best to go look for yourself. I will admit I have asked for spots to when I started out, I'm not trying to say I havent, but I wish I knew back then the best thing is to actually get off my lazy bum and go look for myself. I feel 100% more confident going into a hunt that I have scouted before it starts.

big o'l sow for sure. Good lookin bear

If someone beats me to my spot, I'm pissed that I didn't get there before they did, only mad at myself. Move one to plan b, c or d. Ethics

Concept is that when someone receives something then they are I enticed to give something that they have laying around. Most people like myself if receives something then I feel enticed to give something up or I will dig down in my stuff to offer something up. I get where your going, but paying it forward to me is reminding that if I receive something for free then I must share something that I have. It's a good reminder to all of us that there are really good people out there that want to give and see it going to good use. Totally different than donating to a foundation, but these actions of paying it forward lead us in a positive way to donate.

Trying to get my reloading room all organized, if anyone has some old cabinets (any size or condition) they are wanting to give away, toss, or remodeling I would LOVE to have them. I can remove them, or pick them up. I'm in the east valley! Thanks everyone Devan 928-551-OO99

Thanks for the info 654321, could you post where it is a crime, illegal, felony, misdemeanor, if I don't report it to AZGF? I totally missed that part in the regs, thank in advance. Edit, if you could send me it in a pm, I don't want to derail this from the original post that is helping out a hunter recover his bull.

Wow! 29 is my next unit to hunt next year. About 8-7 years ago I think like 15 bears where shot opening rifle season. This info was from the warden, he said it was like world war 2 with all the shooting. -
Nice job Houston! Always enjoy reading your post

Very nice David, now you got to post a pic so I can get a visual! I bought one of those work benches from SAMs club, so far I like it, just the depth isn't deep enough. I'll check on those toolboxes.
