So, this was my fault. I over looked the hunt start day, she turns 10 the day after the hunt starts. And unfortunately they have to be 10 before the hunt starts. So its a no go this year. But another question is if I draw the tag, can I donate the tag to her after the hunt starts. She turns 10 on 12/12 and the hunt starts on 12/11.
