Are you offering this to people you know or just anyone? Theres lots of good people on here, but theres alot of not so trustworthy people on here as well. To much of a risk, but if you're a risk taker have at it.

It takes a while to de-bone the legs because there's a ton of bones. You might think im crazy after you try doing it. The thighs are easy peasey. I made a batch of jerky on the pellet smoker and its really good.

We keep the leg and thigh meat, makes really good jerky.

Thats really good to know, I delt with them in 2018 and 2011. From there I never talked with them again. I honestly think their glass is awesome. But again i will never buy Leica again.

Awesome, I'm looking forward to my hunt this next year in 1. Ive been putting in for goulds for the last 15 years and finally drew a year ago. So just regular ol merriams now.

Only opinion i have is that Leica makes awesome glass but they have piss poor customer service at best.
