I just changed all my insurances to TRAVELERS, this is my Broker/Agents number. 1 (480) 466-8322. He will shop around and find what you need. My insurance was going to triple, glad I caught it before it went into effect. Unfortunately I have to shop around every few years, but the last company I was with them for about 10-8 years.

If you are really worried about it, just meet the person at a FFL that will do a nics check on them, you would need to pay the $30-$50 fee.

$45 I bought this used for a build, but decided to spend the money for a carbon stock. Remington Short Action Hogue over molded green stock with aluminum pilars. $45 is what i paid. San Tan
