You ask about fixed or mechanical? How about both wrapped into one broadhead? The grave digger is a 1" fixed broadhead with 1 3/4" mechanical cutting diameter. There are no bands or shrink wrap involved in holding the mechanical blades together. The mechanical blades self lock against each other. They do damage like no other head i have seen and have field point accuracy. I shot my bull last year with them at 62 yds and he piled up 30 yds away from where i shot him. More info on the grave digger can be seen on there website at www.nolimitarchery.com

Ive killed 3 bucks on kaibab with a bow and all 3 were on water.

I just had montana black gold build me a custom sight with 5 .010 pins that are each micro adjust i also had micro adjustments for elevation and windage. I also had a 4" dovetail and a rear facing sight tape which allows hardly any movement to adjust. My last pin is set at 60yds and that pin becomes the pin i use for any further yardages. Ive been a fan of spott hogg for 10 years until i got this sight.

Here are some bulls from last year!

I think game and fish screwed up by adding another 50 bulls tags this year. Stay off the roads and hike in and you will do just fine. Seems like every tom, dick, and harry last year was road hunting. I passed 7 bulls before i shot mine so the oppurtunities will be there.

Figure 700 tags with 2+ buddies with every hunter and your looking at well over 2000 people in the woods at the same time. I had the tag last year and hunters were all over but i was very mobile and found areas that had few hunters and alot of bulls. You will see alot of elk and depending on the weather water could be the key. Here is the bull i shot last year at 62 yds. Congrats on the tag!

For those of you who havent tried the grave digger its an amazing broadhead with superb accuracy. It also doesnt require any bands to hold the mechanical blades closed.

Does anyone know when the 2012 draw results will be in by?
ruthunter replied to couesbowhunter1's topic in Elk Hunting
I dont think AZGFD will give out results before there outdoor expo at ben avery. They dont want people boycotting or being pissed off at the expo. Last year they waited till after the expo. Im guessing you will see results april 2nd or 3rd.. -
