I usually go with my pops to Colorado and chase them around during the rut, but due to school and work I was not able to go this year. Hopefully he scores. I still have my rifle hunt in December but that will never replace the archery hunt during the rut...

Colorado is a very fun place. I went last year and watched my arrow go over the back of a cow and had many close encounters with Bulls and other Cows. I could get the Bulls to hang just not commit to me. The tags are $530.00 for either sex OTC and $350.00 for cow only OTC. There is a lot of country and a lot of fun to be had. I wish I could go this year but I am not able to. Good luck.
