I had that book. Cool reminder! -
We live in Yuma and unfortunately she is facing this alone. No visitors allowed. I'm sure she is scared to death. This has been a really tough ordeal for our family. She was too ill to care for herself at home after about 10 days, so I stayed with her for a few days before I took her to the hospital for the 3rd time before they admitted her.

Game and Fish Commission has the Authority to regulate take. How are they going to prove the camera was involved in the take of the animal in a court of law?

Way to go Hoss! Bad butt ram!
-
Great job Nash! So cool that you guys made it happen. My hat is off to you Andrew, nice work man!

I agree with Sir Royal. The Department made up their mind in this a long time ago. Possibly more entertaining than watching Russ cry, was seeing the look on Jay Cooks face when they voted no. It was like he just got done taking a bite of a turd sandwich. Pretty funny!

Its not a fair chase issue. If it were the Clubs like Boone and Crockett and Pope and Young who define Fair Chase would not allow animals to be killed with their aid. This is unenforceable. Why put the Department in this position if we know it will be almost impossible to enforce? This is just a bunch of crybabies who didn't get their way last time going outside the rulemaking cycle to get what they want. Stinks to high heaven if you ask me and I don't even own a trail cam and never have.

As long as these maroons keep applying for the same two or three units, the max point pool will slowly dwindle.

One of my favorite movie scenes ever! Rad gun, always wanted one.
-
It only takes one sheep to go from zero to hero. You guys are going to be fine!

If anybody can provide me any peer reviewed scientific evidence that ungulates, or any critter for that matter, have a 6th sense then maybe there is something to it. Hard for me to believe a company marketing clothes for hunters has made such a discovery.

Drought is pretty tough on them. Mother nature can be cruel.

Thats a fricken toad Chris. Saw that on the Poseidon Facebook page I think.

God Bless all who have served in our Military! We are eternally grateful.

Use one of those trucks and drag it out of the way.

My first job out of college was studying the Sonoran Pronghorn on BMGR. Saw a lot of cool stuff out there! Watched an F16 crash while we were working, that was a trip. Having 18 illegals give up to us to call for help was also pretty wild. As far as the pronghorn, the drought in 2001 reduced the herd from around 200 animals down to around 20. They rounded them up, put them in a pen with no predators and watered it. They have made a pretty remarkable comeback since and have been released regularly and moved to other areas to create other populations like on Kofa NWR/YPG.

Reports have been great. You must be getting excited huh?

YVRGC has been hauling water since early in the summer and never quit. It didn't rain in Yuma this summer at all in town and very little out in the desert.
-
Outrider got a couple of Jumbos the other day! Captain Jeff and Chapo with their 361# Bluefin Tuna.
-
Senior in 92 huh? Sounds like you're about the same vintage as me!
-
Right on Chris, exciting stuff man!

If we keep this shoot up they are going to make things miserable for us in the future. We need to find a way to police ourselves before things get out of hand.
