I got 4831 from brunos a couple weeks ago you might try them. When I was there they had a lot of powder.

Just got it back from phoenix custom rifles today! I cant wait to shoot this thing. It's a rem 700 with a #5 brux 26" long. Mcmillian htg stock, timney trigger, and ptg bottom metal. Vortex razor 6-20x50 with vortex rings and seekins 20 moa base. Now I just need to load some ammo. Anyone have a good 280ai load with the 168gr bergers??

I weighed it last night and with the bipod and stock pack its 12 lbs.

I haven't really got to use it so I can't say too much about it yet. I will tell you that you have to be looking through it just right to get a good sight picture. When you get lined up behind it perfect it is crystal clear, by far the best glass I have ever had.

Since you are in bed already like an old person i guess you'll have to wait till tomorrow!!

308nut knows what he is talking about!!! The 260 is a great round and becoming more and more popular. I have been looking for a good deal on a rem 700 so I can build a 260. I don't think you would be disappointed with it

I just bought this stock a week ago from stocky's stocks. It is an Alaskan II with a full aluminum block. The only reason I am selling it is because I don't want to pay to ship it back. My gunsmith told me the fore end on this stock is a little too narrow for my barrel contour. Stock is in new condition. There is a small piece of paint that flaked off by the recoil pad but that was they way I received it from them. I paid 275.56 for it with shipping. Waimea canyon is really cool to see. I really liked the north shore. The wife and I spent the day up there and I snorkeled with a bunch of sea turtles. One of the coolest memories of the trip. I cant remember the name of the beach now but it was all the way at the end of the road on the north shore. Snorkel bobs was where we got all our stuff from. The island is great and you will have a blast. When you see someone selling fresh Pinneapple get some!!! Its so good. Watch for chickens and roosters while driving around!!!

+1 on brux. I am building a rifle right now with one. I have a bell and carlson stock in the classifieds if you need another one.

Just have a gunsmith put a break on that barrel thats on it now

I personally have never shot anything with them. I know Rick Forrest is on the site and I am sure he could tell you some success stories.

Most of the info that I have found was around 3 to 5 grand depending on who you hunt with. Maybe Darr Colburn or Jay Scott will chime in on this. I would like to know what the charge also.

28-30" with mods

Currently the 60lb limbs are on the bow and they were just bought in july of last year. Has winners choice strings that were also bought last July. The limbs were $175 and I think the string was about $125. I have the 70lb limbs also, they are pictured with the bag that the 60lb limbs came in. Also have the old string in the winners choice package. THere are some small scratches on the bottom cam (see pic) Want to sell bare bow w/ peep and limbs. Also have a wood grip for the bow that can go with it. If anyone wants to work a deal for the other accessories I will consider it. Looking to get $700 $650. Let me know if you are interested. I have a remington 700 LA ADL wood stock I would like to sell. It came off of a 1976 or 1988 model rifle. I tried to look up the exact year and those were that two it came up with. The stock has been used and has some handling marks but is in good shape. There is some chipping around the top sling stud but doesn't affect it at all. Looking to get $100 $50.
