Actually thats not true! Its considered theft by the State of Arizona and can be prosecuted. No problem up to the Warden . He can charge you with theft. Also Sheriff Deputy can get called and charge you with Theft. Trust me we have seen it all. 😁

Exactly, Thats the next battle I see people as healthy as a horse using crossbows in a archery elk or deer season. Because of Hepa a warden cant ask them why they have that permit. I say make them use them on on a rifle hunt. Its not archery and never will be archery! You can't put any animal shot with a crossbow in any Archery record book!

Your wrong! Can a warden take down a trail cam and look in it? Can a warden look at your cell phone? What does he need its called a warrant! So your telling me a judge is going to give a warrant to a warden thats says there is 10 unmarked trail cams on a fence because he is looking for one person that they have in a on going investigation ? But Judge I have to look at all of the cameras to find him? Thats like breaking into 9 others houses on the block but only having one legal warrant. GET IT!

There is no such thing as a total Trail Cam ban!!! Birdwatchers and etc can always put up cameras they have no hunting license. Hmm who is going to hire them on the down low and you will never know! . Hmmm YOU GUYS WILL ALWAYS SEE CAMERAS ON WATER HOLES nothing will change. In fact their gonna make wanna be cops out of the hunters because they will think its illegal to have a Trail cam on that water and steal them or shoot them. And they will just be replaced no problem! A Game Warden cannot take down trail cameras off waterholes or any where else legally. Unless they start an investigation . And they dont have time to be camera cops too. Hello Commissioners your going to make it worse! YOUR GONNA MAKE CRIMINALS OUT OF LAW ABIDING CITIZENS! The Trail cam agenda driven ban by Arizona Game and Fish and The Arizona Commissioners is nothing short of a dictatorship . Please just show us your support on this Any suggestions are helpful. I will call monday and find out how we the deplorable freedom Loving Arizona recreational wildlife enthusiasts can fight against Tyranny in the Highest ranks of the Azgfd and the Commissioners. This is not about hunting now its about recreational use for you and your family. The Arizona Game and fish and The Commissioners have overstepped our freedoms . No compromise just a flat out ban on trail cams. Shame on every commissioner. Kurt Davis finally got his way and wants to leave his Legacy as he is in his last year as a commissioner and Jay Cook of the AZGFD is behind this also! As one Commissioner said in 2018 " I'm afraid we are gonna make criminals out of Law Abiding citizens."

Actually Im not I always try to be as honest and obey the law as much as possible. Be careful who judge until you see both sides. I am not the sharpest stick in the pile but I can see whats coming. Also if I was going to hire someone like a birdwatcher why would I tell the world. Duh! I dont make a living as a guide, I have a great day job running my own company. I only do 2 or 3 guiding stints a year to get me in the woods more! No pressure just fun helping somebody who wants a little extra help. I help lot more people than I guide and I dont use a posse.

And So what is the problem? Other than I get some stolen I have learned to take the hit and move on. I cant fix the world. I dont have cameras on or for every water hole. There are hundreds of spots in 9 that hold water at any given time and most you cant get on a hill in 9 and watch. I already know what Tanks work the best . I dont need a camera. But I love to look at whats there. Most animals move before the Rut anyway. Im stilling waiting for anybody to tell me whats the problem ? Jealousy? Camera totals? So what? I have harvested way more animals in 10 with no Cameras than 9. A good hunter is a good hunter no matter what! But why take away my freedom to watch wildlife with a Trail cam? Maybe we should bulldoze all the hills in 10 so we cant glass anymore! That way we will stop killing monsters in 10.

Not Me! I run average maybe 10 to 15 cameras with or without a hunter every year! There was no problem in 9 this year just more guys that drew that use cameras no big deal. No guides I know got aggressive about more cameras. Its a free country Joe hunter has just as much right as I do . When I meet Joe Hunter at water or at cameras Im very honest about whats there. And I always part making a new friend! So Its like a treasure hunt watching bulls grow! I video also and have some great footage . I have harvested and helped harvest way more animals in units I never use cameras in. See I also know how to use Binoculars to harvest big animals. Are they gonna take them next? I was killing big stuff when most of you boys were waddling around in diapers and I'm 39 and holding! 😁
