So was your quad on a trailer or in the back of your truck? Or were you already on it? If it was on a trailer I don't see how they can tell you to leave. You could just park and walk in and hunt. I would think they have to catch you riding without a sticker. Maybe I'm missing something? Unfortunately a lot of the young G&F feel they have something to prove. I've heard the same thing Bonecollector did about aggressively ticketing non compliance. I think I heard there was only about 25% of the people getting the stickers.

No matter how big it is it looks like it is eating well. The story said the lion was feeding on a kill with 2 other lions. That right there sounds unlike a typical lion. I thought they don't like to share their kills.

I remember the talk here about a really really big lion might push 200lbs. I was thinking the guy in the picture looks like the guy with the small hands on the Burger King commercial.

I've been having the same problem as you, not knowing which scope to get. I'm now looking at the Zeiss with the Rapid Z 800 reticle. If you go the Zeiss website you can download charts for your caliber and load. It's pretty cool what they have.

My wife is at 15 points. I got drawn in '85, '92 and '06. Still one of the funnest things to hunt. 18 points should get you something this year.

I've looked on-line before and nothing seems to be free to find gun values. I just look at Gunbroker to get an aproximate price. Maybe someone else here knows?

I've heard they "molt" and sometimes their skin looks like that. Although it looks excessive. Good job on the tracking. My sons 1st pig took us 2 hours to find. Alot of guys would have given up. I'm sure someone here could tell us exactly what your pig has.

We hunted unit 9 near Grants for elk this past fall. There were turkeys everywhere!

Is there any way to make the deer stickers mirror image, like have a left and a right? I think the deer sticker at the beginning or end or on both ends of the normal sticker would look good.
