Yes, you are lucky. We always take the "expensive" stuff out of the truck and put it up no matter how tired we are. Only takes a minute to do it, but only takes a minute to steal it, too.

I got my BAR 270 WSM, a box of bullets for it, 250 bucks of Cabelas gift cards which I will probably buy more bullets with and a Cabelas shirt that says "My kid shot a deer while your honor student was in school".

What is the optical quality in the Mark 4? Is it like the VX 3's? Just by looking at the price I would think it is as good or better. Anybody here have one of these or an upper end Leupold like the VX-3or the VX-7?

I bet that was cool seeing pigs in the snow. We are going to take the kids somewhere one last time this year for squirrels or quail. I'll let them choose. How much snow is still up there? -
