It's nice to hear that after you said that you have a very old burned out rifle/barrel people still giving you great advice to fix the problem and the rest of us take advantage of this to learn from others I'm sure it does not have anything to do with the brand of the rifle either but any way, good luck and keep us posted.

They all dropped in their tracks even my archery elk! There was one Coues that was 10 steps from where it was standing when I shot I, no tracking involved since I could see it from my shooting position. Ernesto C

It was FUN! Had a great time at the banquet and enjoyed very much the company of old friends and new friends. It was nice to see Paul and Amanda, TJ and Peg, finally got to me Ilene and Roger. Also got to meet my Idol El SR. Bill Quimby had a nice conversation with him and made me very happy to see him wining a hand gun! Met Mark and Kathi Nixon and by the way, all the people I have mentioned here won one or several items; Rifles, pistols, jackets, tools etc etc. it was just a great night for everybody! Also got to meet and had great chat with Scottyboy. Got to meet a long time friend here on CWT.com, the one and only..Casey which it was also very nice talking to him. Was great to shake hands with the veterans that Amanda invited to the banquet and thank them for service. One of them won a rifle too! Got to meet long time friend on Facebook Cole and his wife Michele also Brain Robinson and his wife and also met Bobby Boido. Several people approached me and say hi and it was very nice of them and I felt honored for saying hi and shanking hands with me. I asked them how do you know who I am? They said we always see you on facebook and like those big bucks you post there! It was a pleasure to meet them. Again, it was great and feel lucky to meet such a nice human beings and had a great time with all of you, THANK YOU! Ernesto Cibrian.

Carpcody. that's a question you will need to ask the Outfitter. Every Outfitter or person you deal with it will be different and everyone charges differently. My advice is do your home work, make phone calls and ask questions. Some charge for a Gun permit on top of the hunt price and some charge for trophy fees and/or deer tag on top of the base price; ask if there are any hidden cost. Ask about documentation, permits etc. Ask for references. Hunting in Mexico is easy again.. if you do your home work. Ernesto C,

We have several excellent Outfitters here that are sponsors of this great website but I don't know if they do offer Self Guided or Do it Your Self type of hunts; you can check with them.
