Since my wife took over my Sig P232, I have been a bit lost on a primary carry piece. I just acquired a Springfield 1911 compact to fill the role though. For open carry its a Sig P220. It's about the only pistol that I haven't had the itch to replace with something else. I vote shoot what you want and see if its what you want to put in your holster. There is a reason they have so many gun makers.

I'll be using the 52 gr berger, but I'll be running 22-250.

I'm pretty sure the savage bmag is the only 17wsm at the moment. Its hit and miss review wise. Some say it shoots lights out, others say it shoots minute of barn. Most agree it is ugly.

Keep an eye on archerytalk. Can pick them up wrapped for $100.00 and up.

Maverick you work in the shop and all so I figure you will help with this part. Of the average shooter, how many can really tell the difference of 22 thousandths? I'm fairly certain I can not.

I use only walnut, just add a little more every once in awhile. I think it does better work than corn cob. I usually let it run 4 hours minimum before I pull out the brass. Lots of folks have their own special formula.

Yup Cliff Castle on middle verde rd. Even has a rv park if you wanted to go that way. Not sure about guns though may be a problem there.

I'm serious. I don't need two sets of 15s. I love the classic Zeiss. They are hard to find in good shape. These are a little rich for the T*. If they were the BGAT* I would be more interested especially at the price.

My wife shot her buck with an old accubond. It performed like a Berger as well. Probably more of a "Berger" result than I had on the buck I shot with a 308 and Berger.

I worked 0600-1800 today. No biggie I'm used to it. Holidays are just another day that get you a little extra coin for your time.

You can always lay down the standard load, H380 at 38 grains behind a 52 grain bullet. That is my current load using the Berger 52 gr varmint. Shoots good on paper, just have to break my calling streak and actually get something to come in.

I have always filled out the app and handed it to them. Lets me pass the time in line.
