My wife grew up there. Says it depends on what you are looking for on your visit. Maui and Kauai are better for beaches. The big island is good to go for tourist type stuff. Christmas will see increased prices for everything. Not sure that helps much but if you need more I will bug her for answers for you.

I doing my development with 4831sc pushing 168 Bergers. It has shown a strange pattern of grouping full grain (ie 60.0)and not so well with half grain (ie 60.5). I am doing my development inside so wind is a non-issue. I am thinking I will also try some Ramshot Magnum, to see what I can get.

Everyone keeps going for the partitions, but I am not a fan.They shoot great shotgun patterns, at least the ones I loaded. So I may be to blame. That was 150s in 308 as well. The accubonds and nbt shoot awesome in the same weight. That said the federal premium nosler partitions shot great in my 7Mag. They had a tendency to stick and rip the bullet out on un-chambering, leaving the bullet in the chamber and spilling powder everywhere.

The medical marijuana is a nightmare for cops. It's not to hard on the enforcement end. That is all pretty cut and dry. That said to save headaches, make it legal like cigarettes or illegal like it was. The nightmare comes since they were nice enough to add in civil liability for a cop disclosing someone has a weed card. So for example say you let local pd now about the above grow, and the cop walks out and says its cool they have their cards. Bam! Here comes the lawsuits.

I picked up a box of the 130 accubond for my 6.5 to get me started. No complaints, shot really well almost made me consider rolling my own.

Bellmtcs.com is a great place to start when it comes to TCs. 6-8 shots is a lot I bet you could fry something on your barrel especially in the summer heat. Not to mention your barrel. Sounds to me like you have the answer to your own question though. It shoots great for 3 shots. Then when you heat it up it starts vertical stringing. So maybe limit yourself to three shots then let it cool. Its a single shot not semi auto.

Screaming deal, I payed that much for my 3.5-15 and felt like I got a deal. Wish I had the coin.
