Can anyone recommend a reliable person/gunsmith in the east valley that can remove/install sights on my XDm? I prefer a press to be used to minimize dinging up the slide. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the replies. I feel more confident in using the 20 gauge. Will definitely pattern it. I think I'll start with the less expensive ammo first instead of jumping right into the Magnum Blend at $25 per 5 shells. #6 shot? It is well worth a try. Word will get around. I still have a small video camera and card reader that I found last year in a different unit. I posted it on here and another site, but got no hits. I still don't feel right about claiming them....so they set on my shelf. When I saw your post I got a little excited and had to check it out...but it's not the items you lost. I don't have much experience with various scopes, other than.....the first scope I bought was a Nikon Prostaff. Waste of money. Then I bought a lightly used Zeiss 65mm Diascope with the florite coatings...night and day. I wanted 65mm due to smaller size/weight for packing. I am impressed with the image quality. All glass at high mag will be affected by heat mirage and junk in the air. How bad depends on the glass coatings.

I am listing this for a buddy. It is a slide in, truck bed atv rack. This is not a bolt together kit. It is square tube steel with expanded metal deck and tie-down loops. All joints are welded. It is completely powder coated. Ramps fold in half and slide/lock under each quad. He used it on an earlier model Ford 250, but should fit any full size truck. It is designed to fit a 6' 6'' bed, with the tailgate closed, but will fit a shorter bed with tailgate down/off, or a 8' bed with room for a cross-bed tool box up front. Works well for hauling your toys and pulling a camp trailer. Also serves as a flat bed for hauling large items. The pictures are of my rack for reference, which is identical to his. If I need to go light, just a butt pad. I have to sit on a downhill slope to take stain off my lower back. If I can stand an extra pound, I carry one of those 3-leg stools...the legs separate in half, held together with bungy cord, like a tent pole. It's really compact. To take the pinch off "the boys" I put my butt pad on it...really helps. If I'm close to the quad or truck, I use a light weight 4-leg chair with a back...and cup holder Sportsman's used to have them for like $9...I bought two. I have a couple other experimental types that sit in the closet.

XDm .40 3.8 11+1 compact mode...16+1 full size mag mode. I used to have an old Ruger P91 (.40). Pretty good shooter, but heavy and big. Those decockers leave marks on your rackin' hand. I love the XDm...great shooter and easy to manipulate.

Very nice! I'm thinking of doing the "jeep thing". This may be a little radical for what I need....but tempting. Does it have lockers?
