I heard that several late bull tags were turned back in because of the snow storms. I heard they were turned in at the last minute and fish and game struggled to get them reissued. Do you think that will change quotas in certain areas for the upcoming draw?

in some states that have the same option, there is a cutoff date to turn them back in. I think its a substantial amount of days before the hunt starts. Do you the AZGFD should look at that?
