Did for dove season. Most of the doves were hard to see so anything farther out wont make it. It is more of a close watch your face/trail type of thing. Plus pointing your gun where you are going so you can film gets old.

When I was a kid they didnt have bridges, they had ropes. And they were glad to have them. Of course they were uphill and made from their own fur.

Ruger SP101 hands down. Small frame, double action, 38/357 whichever you are feeling. Nothing like a revolver they just feel right to me. Wish I still had it to loan, dang it. Dove hunters messes have to be the worse. Always pile of feathers and shells left behind. And I keep animals low profile because I dont want to offend, not because they would be offended. I want to be respectful of the animal and others. It's not about putting an animal on display because you can. Just my take on what I want people to see a "hunter" doing.
