I realize it, still bothers me. Same on the freeway when they split lanes and skate through traffic. Bumper stickers everywhere saying watch for bikes, oh I'm watching them alright.

I wound up blowing my budget and getting the SilencerCo Omega 36M, bought on a Friday approved and picked up on the next Tuesday, very quick turn around. And man I love this suppressor! -

So I have a buddy insisting that his YHM r9 I the perfect all around starter for my 6.5cm and my 9mm. Assuming the same price range what are your thoughts on these? thanks -
My wife just did the same thing to fit all the grandkids in at once. We looked at all of the same ones you did and wound up down a surprising road. We got her a Buick Enclave, third row seats and Buicks can be pretty plush. We've had is for 2 years now and no complaints. Look for the bucket seats on second row so you can get through to the third.

There are shops that can make a new one, you will need to take that one off and take it to them. -
Jicarilla mule deer hunt, never going to afford it but still a beautiful dream.

I wound up getting a Predator and scope through Healy, thanks!

I have been looking at this rifle in a 6.5 Creedmoor. I am old school and have always had 270's but have an itch to try something new out for a bit. Do any of you have this rifle and have any opinions of it? Seems like a solid gun with good reviews. I know folks on here have a lot more experience and knowledge on rifles so I figured see what everyone thinks. I like the spiral fluted barrel even though I don't heat up barrels enough to matter I guess that is more looks. It has a muzzle brake which I like. I have had many Ruger pistols and like them a lot. But mostly Weatherby rifles. So any thoughts are welcome, thanks.

I might come by tomorrow and look at that, thanks

Thanks for all the replies. I appreciate it. I might be leaning towards the Predator now, we'll see what sales come up or what the classified gods reveal.

I was trying to see the difference in the two, 2" on the barrel is all I'm seeing. I will look at those a little more. Thanks

Hey all I have this hunt coming up in 2 weeks and wanted some advice. Figuring out elk has never been my strength. I have made several trips into the unit, including this last weekend. The area I have been scouting in is the SE corner, off the 260 not far off the 87. I saw elk and sign each time, not a bunch but something each trip. This last weekend I saw zero new sign, zero elk. I know some weather blew in Sunday after I left could that be part of it? So do I stand my ground and start with the area I have been scouting, or could they have moved on and I need to start fresh down the road. I had this hunt many years ago and remember Stoneman Lake Road being overrun by people so I wasnt planning on being in that area. I will be solo and prefer to be away from the other 300+ camps that will be there. But I'm also pushing 60 and know better than to get further than I can get myself out of. If anyone has any thoughts they want to share, or have been up that way recently I'm all ears. PM me if you want. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Big fat goose egg! That wind was rough and cold. Good time though and a couple super guys from here that were helping me out. Thanks!
