When I was young it was Bench Press...because throwing up 405 for 8-10 reps got noticed and respected. An older wiser me doesn't give a whoot about that...I was dumb when I was young...so an hour on the treadmill or elliptical on Random at a high level/incline is the ticket. That and pushups/situps/pullups/dips.

Cover and shoot. Most of my Semi Autos are this way. Exception being 1911. Sigs don't cover as much as HKs...at least for me. I am not a trigger slammer at all, and it is this way both freehand and rest.
