I can not comment on the hammer gun without inspecting it. So many of these used shotguns have issues that can turn them into a money pit or are not possibly safe. As far as the CZ they are a good value for a entry level SXS. I have several guys that ai have hunted with that own them and have not had any issues. The Bobwhites are made in Turkey I believe for CZ. They are dependable Boxlock design with extractors and double triggers. This reduces problems over the long run. Single triggers on doubles as well as ejectors over time can be problematic. As I recall these have choke tubes that allow you to configure for the pattern you want. Im a traditionalist so I prefer fixed chokes but thats me as I lean towards vintage classic shotguns. The Bobwhite is hard to beat at $700 for a small bore shotgun. Come down sometime if you wish to handle some SXS and talk guns.

Still available. I want to clarify this rifle is not all original and has been sporterized. Barrel has been reduced from 35” to 26”. The sights have been replaced with a front adjustable blade and a rear Buckhorn style sight. Price has been reduced to $450 for everything pictured.it’s a shooter not a collector quality gun. I traded for this with a friend that wanted my 30-30. I don’t need it so I thought I would offer it here before listing else where. It’s a sported in caliber 45-70 Government.it comes with 2 boxes ( 40 rounds) of new shells marked R-P Remington Peters. These are black powder loads with 255 grain lead bullets.Included is 3 lbs of FFFg powder, 26 once fired brass, and soft slip case. Please note the stock has a poor fitting butt plate as well as a crack that has been repaired at the receiver end. With a little work these are easily corrected. Please see pictures for details. Bore is decent. I am located in NE Tucson area but will be traveling to Cottonwood on February 12 or 13 and could meet up along I-10 or I-17. I could also ship the gun and ammunition directly to you for actual cost. Unfortunately would not be able to ship the powder. I will respond in the order I receive PM’s. SunDevil great job. Im sure your daughter cherishes every moment of those hunts while being mentored by her dad.

Shooting straight is important. Teaching kids how to hunt, stalk and shoot a deer at reasonable ranges, I might argue is equally important. I am not against some of this equipment and may purchase a rest for my tripod as Im not as steady as I once was. A steady rest for these kids is a great idea. That said, I will probably leave those 1 shot one kill 1000 yard shots to the 10 year olds. I am just not confident to make an ethical shot at the ranges many of these kids are shooting at deer. No disrespect intended but I have always enjoyed hunting deer. Not just pulling the trigger and killing a deer. Im sure there are lots of Granddads, Dad, Uncles and friends that make sure these kids get the full experience. To those, you have my highest respect even if that includes long range shots as long as they been practiced with those kids before the hunt.

My card was hit for $25 on the 25th. Luckily I have my original email notification from Chase. I took a look at my G&F account to see what I drew and it still shows pending. I Thought I would see if possibly I had any additional hits, and now my Chase Credit card account no longer shows the original $25 hit. As anyone else experienced this? Last year I had put in for turkey and Javalina and had 2 $25 hits, then one disappeared. I called G&F and was told I wasnt drawn for turkey just Javelina and that they had accidentally billed me twice. I will call my bank tomorrow to find out why I no longer see a charge.

It would appear that these Aholes have been lying and cheating for years. Im not a tournament fisherman but I find it hard to believe that Millions of dollars can be at stake and yet the organizers are not using hand held metal detectors like the ones used in the food industry? Good detectors cost only a few hundred dollars. Im guessing even the $29.99 detector would detect a 2 lb. Weight.

I would like to remove a Pro cool Swamp cooler from my roof. I used it for a few years but then upgraded my AC and never used it again. No chance I will ever use it so I would like to remove, cap the duct in the attic, and patch the hole in the roof. I can do cash but when ever possible I like to barter.
