Considering getting the SLC HD glass, currently have the non-hd (I believe they are the neu version), wondering if anyone has any field experience with both and can speak to if it's worth it or not? And dont think I'm interested in the 12x42 NLs, not sure I can give up the extra power. Thanks

Currently I am carrying 10x40 Zeiss classics attached to a big horn elastic harness and am feeling like I'm ready to re-tool. I find that I don't use my 10s very often unless I am actively moving on a critter, and am considering downsizing to Swarovski cl companion 8x30s. I would also like to put them in a marsupial or similar chest case. Any advice or experience with the swaro 8x30s compared to Zeiss 10x40s? My goal is to downsize a little bit but not sacrifice optic quality. Also hoping to be able to shoot a bow with the marsupial harness on, is that possible?

Ive heard in the past that horns had to be beyond the ears for legal take, however I can't find anything in the regs to support this. All I can find is "male pronghorn" is the definition for legal take, am I missing anything?

Wondering if there is a clear front runner in the scope world for clarity/quality of glass? I would consider swarovski to be the clear front runner for binos, but really don't know about scopes.

While we are waiting for results I am curious to know what flashlight everyone is using for the hike in to your glassing spot. Are you big on using a red lens so as not to spook animals (not even sure if this is legit or not). I enjoy checking out new flashlights especially if they are affordable so let me know what your go to is. I don't like how you can't tell the difference between the white and red light buttons especially with gloves. Also don't like the click noise it makes when turning on, always trying to be as quiet as possible. I am not a huge fan of headlamps for the morning hike in, I don't like to inadvertantly shine light in a direction that I don't mean to. Are there other good ones I'm missing?

Can any techies help explain my wifi speeds? When I test my internet speed through the Linksys app on my phone, it shows 700-800 mbps. When I do a speed test on my phone or laptop in wifi, it never shows more than 200 mbps. Nothing fancy connected at my house, just basic couple of smart phones and netflix. Just upgraded to Cox Gigabit and also bought the latest arris router, hoping to figure out what's not allowing higher speeds.
