Been in that unit about 12 days the past year and havent seen any illegals or smugglers. We were as far south as mile post 7. Seen the helicopters almost daily though...guess ive just been lucky. Ill be out there this weekend camping. Hope my luck continues

Been chasing a nice drop tine coues. Hopefully this weekend I will finally get the opportunity to release. Been within 50 yards but no shots yet. Wish me luck. Here's some pics of the guy

This guy is tougher than I thought! Made 4 stalks on him so far. 2 got blown and 2 I just couldn't get close enough due to light. He seems to always end up on a hill with very little cover right at dark. It makes it impossible to get close! Going out this afternoon again and Thursday afternoon to finish out the season. I think its time to get aggressive and get lucky!

Whos ready to see Ben Henderson avenge his loss to "showtime" Pettis Saturday night? I know I am! I was at the last WEC fight when Henderson lost his title. It left a sour taste in my mouth. Ben is the nicest guy and I cant wait till he shows Pettis who the real champ is! AZ pride!

Yep that was it. The rounds were even at 2 a piece then the flashy kick in the 5th round won pettis the round and the wec belt. Too bad pettis lost to clay guida his first fight in the ufc. Everyone forgets about that fight ; )

Yea I agree on it going to decision again. I don't see Henderson getting caught with any of his "showtime" bs like the first time around. He will try it im sure, but that's where the decision will go to Henderson. You have to really outclass a champ to take the belt

If you're already taking a set of 10x42 to glass I would say go with the spotter. Otherwise just get a set of 15's and save the extra weight. With 15's you should be able to tell if its a shooter buck or not. Make your hunting buddies lug around a spotter ; )
