Couestracker- I would suggest googling it...This was my first contest ever,but had a blast and it was based out of Ash Fork...They donate all the proceeds......

Not sure the final tally,but roughly 90-110 predators total with the pic at the check in station...that's not including the teams that didn't check in...so that's a lot of teams helping out the deer,antelope,elk and everything else...saw some fox brought in...not sure if anyone brought in any bobcats...the bottom pic was early on at the check in...

stealth walkers is what I have been using with great success...they are made locally too.....about 40 bucks

What happened to a congrats on a one arrow kill and move on..this thread is dead already,jeez......

my omen is a little jerkier at the drop into the valley,there is an easier tune on the full throttle to reach peak performance..what I mean by that is that its easier to hit the speeds than with the omen..my omen is at 82 lbs at 26.5"..it shoots a 410 grain arrow at 323 fps..tough to do side by side,but the full throttle at 70 isn't too far behind the omen set at 82lbs.....at 120 yards its still going 282 fps with that 410 grain arrow and has about 80 foot lbs of knockdown....I only started the thread for guys wanting that kind of power..hope it helps...

That's what I was wondering, 50 for muzzleloader,100 for rifle and 35 for shotgun/bow right? If the guy is practicing to 150 consistently then takes a chip shot to him of say,100...who cares,if he puts it up on the wall,its HIS trophy isn't it..???

I realize now I made a mistake,hopefully not,on passing up this deer...I waited a year to get back out and he came in at 5 yards from the base of my tree..I drew on him but just couldn't release after just getting an opportunity to be out...I think I was hoping for the bigger one in the area....Good Luck to everyone and hope your hunts are going better than mine...

Finally got my Full Throttle yesterday and set it up with a Ripcord SOS rest and Black Gold Ascent sight, its set at 27" 70lbs and fired a 335 grain arrow @ 342 FPS.......it did 320FPS with a 385 grain arrow,and a 420 grain arrow @ 308.....Short draw guys are gonna love it!!! So I was off to a late start...mid morning just leaving the house....called in a triple on the first set and popped this one and the others didn't care to stick around for a shot.......saw 2 others out mousing...no more takers though...the cool mornings are great though...have fun out there!

Trophy,I agree 100%....whatever gun you have that's accurate is a yotie gun...243 with that setup and some 55 grain bullets-Zoiks scoob!!

Its a Core-15,223 and a vortex crossfire II with bdc....3-9 I leave it set at 3 power pretty much all the time...hope that helps,its a very light and fast handling MOA shooter.....it was a fun day,saw some others without any opportunities..

Just went out and did a couple stands.Using a new headnet cost me another as I couldn't see my peripheral left and at 25 yards one dodged me...such is life! The upcoming season looks great though!
