Resident and nonresident pass both started at 7. Approximately 25% of non residents drew with 7 points

Resident pass started at 13 (about 15% were drawn) and non residents started at 21

Should be pretty close sine 60%+ did not draw who were at the beginning of the point pass. Might drop down to 11 but I doubt it

Definitely 31/32. Weird thing is the only non resident that drew that hunt had 34 points. Not sure how 17 years of applying equals 34 points

The only hunt that shows a non resident drawing with 17-19 points is 6007, 13b north

Up to 10% of all sheep tags go to non residents and half of those will go to non max point holders. I believe last year a non resident with 1 point drew the 22n rocky tag
