Awesome story and pictures Jason. Sorry to hear about your boy breaking his arm, its happend to me several times. Good luck on the upcoming elk hunt, alot of big bulls being pulled out of there this year.

I have the x1 and the j104 and love them both. I carry the j104 for all the rifle hunts and the x1 for archery hunts. The x1 is a great pack but as stated can be a touch small if you like to carry alot of stuff like myself. Overall everlestocks are super strong and durable and will last you a long time!

Well I have never run in a marathon or a 1/2 marathon but in high school our baseball coach got mad at us and we ran 10 miles! I am thinking about attempting a 1/2 marathon next year, let me know how it goes for you.

They are always welcome and that was not the AES camp last year. I am going to be up at the camp this year helping out any youth hunters and parents that want help.

Been up scouting alot lately and attempting to chase some mulies Here are a couple of good still photos of some bulls and bucks. If I can figure out how to take stills off of the video I will post up some more! (If you know how to do this please let me know!)

Sadly that is the only picture of him I took. There were 3 other bucks in the group that were quite a bit larger. Here is one of the smaller bucks in the group, but still a decent 3 point.

I forgot that the camera took audio, that was Matt with a first impression but after adding it up he came up with 380

Who said anything about 390 I stated 380. Also the other people who scored this bull are very good at scoring.

22 inches of mass aint much saying that is what my bull from this past season had. You may be right but I just see him having quite a bit more mass than that.

I have added it up with several people and we keep coming up with 380 give or take 5. Here are the measurements I gave him. g1 - 17 g2 - 18 g3 - 14 g4 - 21 g5 - 19 mb - 54 mass - 28 width - 36 (inside) total - 378
