Congrats again Lance those bucks look awesome!!! I was in 36a the last 2 days helping a buddy on a mule deer hunt and we saw 2 whitetail bucks that were both over 95 both days and they were out in some serious muley country!!!

An area where I was deer hunting which hasn't had high mearns populations (actually only saw 1 covey all of last year) and we walked up 3 coveys a day on average!!! I think it is going to be a good year.

I figured you guys were busy with deer. You guys knew right where to be. We were thinking about being on that knob opening morning but you guys in there Thursday night and we didnt want to pressure anybody. Congratulations on all of your success

We saw a good amount of deer just not the normal amount of bucks so it was somewhat dissapointing but we still had alot of fun.

I dont know if somebody already guessed this but I am going to say 86. Still a great buck no matter what the score.

He is a sweet looking buck without a dought. I love the hook on his seconds. Just stick a 100 incher with your bow this January!

It was a really tough hunt. I am really surprised with how much success we are seeing with how hot it was and the full moon.

I wish I could but I had already promised to help a friend in 24b or else I would be down there trying to get you a good one.

Congrats on an awesome looking buck. Personally I like the 3x4's more than the typical 4x4's.

We had a decent turnout for the get together this year. All in all we had around 12 people show up and hang out talking about the hunts so far, scouting trips and other misc. things. Saw some familiar faces and met some new ones. Thanks for showing up everybody hopefully we can do it again next year.

Also I forgot to mention that I shot this buck from the exact same spot I shot mine last year. Here is a picture of where he was spotted and where he bedded. We were actully glassing from a different angle but this shows the terrain better.

No he isn't broke he just has a crabclaw on his left side. All of his measurements are the exact same except for the last mass, the g3 and the mainbeam.

Just wanted to wish everybody who has the October tag the best of luck and hope you get the big one. Just as long as it isnt mine that I have tied to a tree for the November hunt. Looking forward to here all fo your success stories and see those pics.

Alright guys I am heading out tomorow midday and am looking forward to meeting everybody. I am bringing the chili and some banquet tables. If everybody can bring there own chairs, utensils, bowls and bring a side it will be perfect. I also weighed the chili and we have over 25 pounds so bring your appetite!!!
