I am going to be up there all day Saturday so if you want to shoot with me send me a PM and we can plan something out. I need to get more practice before this weekend since I found a way to increase my arrow weight by 10 grains so I am shooting 415 grains now and I got a fancy knock

It was a great shoot this weekend. Was able to shoot a round with GRONG and Ron G. and that was actually my worst round guys. After that I shot a 141, 139 and a 136 so that first round of 127 killed me . Shot my first smoker round and averaged 8 on it and actually finished it. Shot the long shot both days and actually placed second on Sunday only shooting 1 1/8 inch off of dead center in the 12!!! Can't wait for the next shoot.

Had a blast this weekend meeting new people and meeting up with some familiar faces. We will definately have to do it again either this year or next year!!!

Went to Bass Pro today and wasn't overly impressed. They do have a good selection but to much of the store is clothes in my opinion . I know they will do well and they won't put Sportsmans Warehouse out of business I know for a fact.

I shot the Black Ice yesterday and I am now debating whether to buy that the allegience or the guardian come february. The Black Ice is a fast bow and is probably the quitest and smoothest bow I have ever shot (yes huntn coues smoother and quieter than the Truth ). I would highly recomend the black ice and the diamond line for that matter.

Who all is going to stay Saturday night also? I know me and my mom and dad will be there til sunday afternoon.

Sounds good to me Lance. Add another 2 for me my mom and dad are going to go up friday night and I will coming up either late friday night or early saturday morning.

I am going to be shooting at the Mormon Lake Shoot on the 9th and will plan on heading up to hang out with everybody and camp out up there also.

Who all is going to make it up to the shoot this weekend? I will be going and attempt it. This will be my first shoot so my expectations arent to high for myself but I am looking forward to meeting some fellow archers and learning a thing or two. If you are heading up let me know and maybe we can carpool so we dont have to burn as much money on gas.

Nice videos looks like you are getting to see a good amount of bulls in that area. Hopefully it will stay like that for the hunt! What kind of camera setup do you have and how much did it cost you if you dont mind me asking?

I plan on being there around 7:30 on the 9th and shooting all day so we should at least get 1 round to shoot together. I will also have to bring up some of those sheds I was telling you about!

Mark good to see you made it onto the forum. It was a pleasure to meet you this weekend and hopefully we can meet up again at the Mormon Lake shoot again in a couple of weeks! Dave that looks like an old Scout 800. That is what my dad wants to get next so we can rebuild it for him! Thanks for sharing that picture it is definatly an awesome picture with alot of character.

I actually have the 9uth and 10th off of work so I will be up there to shoot that weekend. Josh and Stan if you want to shoot together just let me know. Also my boss's brother Frank Ortiz placed first in the bow hunter happening and won the triple crown for the senior age division for the bowhunter class so I thought I would congratulate him.
