Sounds like u should have bought a 7mm rem. the bullet doesn't drop ever. Lol

Find the highest peak.. Glass all the fingers that come down from it. First thing in the morning hit the first spots to get sun on em. Find mountain with good prickly pears and good mixture of trees. You sould be able to find coues there. Also don't disregaurd the mountains with little cover, they will be there too. Glass slow, always on tripod don't waste time trying to hold ur binos . With this latter hunt they might get up a little later , like around 8 even. So glass slow, long and you should find something to look at!! Good luck keep us posted!

I just got viper 15x50 hd.. So far they are really clear and bring in a lot of light compared to my 10 monarchs.. I have only used them in town but dont thing I will be disappointed out in the field!! Sportsmans has a sale till Sunday witch they pay the sals tax for you.. So got binos and 270 bullets for 689. With tax ot woulda been 750 I think so saved a little there
