Your vertical spread looks pretty good with 73 grains. The horizontal stringing could be a number of factors. Trigger pull would be a common one. If you don't wait long enough between shots your barrel could be really hot after 8-10 shots which could be another factor.

Magpul makes a polymer mag that will fit AICS mag wells also. I just bought a long action mag that fits my AICS bottom metal.

The Ruger Scout magazines are AICS clones. If your Tikka accepts AICS mags it should work. I bought the scout mag for my XLR chassis and works great. Im at Higley and Germann in Gilbert if you want to try it.
